A study about the impact of prior entrepreneurial experience on the internationalization of the companies has been published in the “International Journal of Entrepreneurship Education” (IJEE). This study approaches the phenomenon known as “serial entrepreneurship”, i.e. the circumstance that the same entrepreneur sets up more than one company over the years. The experience accrued in prior companies is carried as a “dowry” in the new established firm. In particular, this kind of experience could boost the internationalization of the company, contributing to generate the so-called “born global” companies or “instant international” companies. The study, carried out in partnership with the University of Bologna, regards the case-study of an Italian serial entrepreneur (Fabrizio Capobianco) and analyzes the business initiatives that he has developed over time. The article, written by Alberto Onetti, Manuela Presutti and Vincenza Odorici, is entitled "Serial entrepreneurship and born-global new ventures. A case study" and may be downloaded from the Senate Hall Publishing website.
